SHAD FOUNDATION is an Islamabad based a not-for-profit organization registered with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP )under Section 42 of the Companies Act. Establish, manage, maintain, own and administer educational institutions, computer literacy centers, centers of learning, reading rooms, institutions for skill development and training, and other educational fora with the permission of competent authority but not to act as a degree awarding institute, and to provide basic health care, safe and healthy environment and shelter services to youth in those centers.
